- Council of Scientific  - Technology functions as a consultant Director of the Institute for Scientific and Technology research , Orientation investment plans, Training, forecasting trend of activity to development of specialized forensic medical and legal other issues.

- Council of Science - Technology activities in accordance with the Ministry of Science - Technology and the Ministry of Health. Upon request of the competent State agency, Institute have a proposed to the Minister of Health to established the Council of the forensic in important cases, complex or re-assessment.
