Main activities:
- Education, advocacy, mobilization officials, members of the association maintaining ethics and promote traditional solidarity and overcome difficulties so as to constantly raise the level of professional service, working capabilities , the love, training, promoting scientific research and professional work contributed to the professional training and retraining specialized staff and contribute to forensic care, protecting people's health, security law enforcement, the legal construction of specialized medicine growing.

- Propose to the State authorities on guidelines, policies, mechanisms, plans, programs and professional development of forensic medicine in particular and the development of the country's health in general.
- Cooperation with bilateral or multilateral individuals, organizations and scientific-technical, institutions, mass organizations and foreign agencies operating in the field of forensic medicine as prescribed by law to study, exchange of professional experience, enlist the help and facilitate the Vietnam France medical development.
